BEIJING PRESS CONFERENCE OPENS DOORS TO GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

On October 10, 2009 leaders from Smart Business Services, Inc. and the U.S.-China Business Summit Committee hosted a press conference in Beijing to announce the event and to build excitement from Chinese delegates. Details about both the U.S.-China Business Summit and the 2009 Chinese Investment Conference was presented.

The U.S.-China Business Summit event at the Venetian in Las Vegas is a global event that will bring participants from all Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, in addition to entrepreneurs in North America. It will feature 140,000 square feet of exhibition space, with over 60 educational seminars, workshops and networking opportunities.

Highlights of the three-day U.S.-China Business Summit include the Chinese Entrepreneurs Celebrity Forum, the China-U.S. Investment and Financing Forum, the 6th Anniversary of the Top 100 Chinese Restaurant Awards, the Chinese Medicine Health Expo event, international and industrial trade shows, and a keynote speech on the census delivered by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce. Various topics include Chinese cuisine, Chinese health and medical development, and the traditional culture and arts of China.

The U.S.-China Business Summit Committee has invited senior officials from the U.S. Department of Commerce, including the Economic Development Agency and the Minority Business Development Agency, the U.S. Census Bureau, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the National Restaurant Association, and an array of other government agencies. Officials from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the Chinese Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Cultural sector were also invited.

The first-ever U.S.-China Business Summit has received support from leading political officials, including Mr. Gao Zhansheng, the Chinese Consul General in San Francisco, Mr. Oscar B. Goodman, the Mayor of Las Vegas, Brian K. Krolicki, the Lieutenant Governor of Nevada, Lorraine T. Hunt-Bono, the former Governor of Nevada, Madam Chen Xiangmei, the U.S. oversea Chinese and Sino-U.S. group leader.
