MINORITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AGENCY JOINS U.S.-CHINA BUSINESS SUMMIT

The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) provides access to the global economy for minority business enterprises (MBEs) and has prided itself on remarkable success over the last 40 years of promoting business growth for minority businesses. The agency assists minority business owners with consulting services, contract and financing opportunities, bonding, certifications, training, and building business-to-business alliances.

MBDA representatives George Mui and Eric Dobyne will present topics, which include:

• Globalization and Minority-Owned Businesses in the United States - Discussion will focus on the MBDA globalization support program and how Minority business owners can leverage it to expand their business.
• Understanding the Certification Maze - Discussion will focus on the minority business certification process at various government levels and the private sectors. BEIJING PRESS CONFERENCE OPENS DOORS TO GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS

On October 10, 2009 leaders from Smart Business Services, Inc. and the U.S.-China Business Summit Committee hosted a press conference in Beijing to announce the event and to build excitement from Chinese delegates.
